After the Storm

Here is a lush and atmospheric track that forms a part of our catalogue for this years (2010) submissions to the various commercial music sites we are promoting our music to.  After the Storm – has been accepted by Yooka Music already and is part of a 40+ and growing archive of music that Lean Into the Light are actively developing.

We will feature some of our music here in the blog to give you a feel for what’s going on behind the scenes. After the Storm, and most of our recent blog music submissions, is also available to listen to and download from the new”Box” media player in the right hand column of the blog.

This track was written, arranged and produced by Kent in April 2010

  1. So thick with atmosphere, I could eat it!

  2. Very, very nice! The atmosphere and rich sound design really reminds me of one of the instrumental pieces that Jean Michel Jarre plays during his live concerts but there’s also some blade runner there. Really, really beautiful – although I keep expecting an arpeggio to set in somewhere! 🙂

  3. I just closed my eyes and pictured a calm settling after the storm, raindrops falling one by one off the branches of the trees, some plopping gently into puddles, ponds or becks. The air would be crystal clear and re-energised, the birds about to twitter again. There is such serenity in this piece – it is so very tranquil and relaxing. Senses are heightened somehow – the piece really does justice to its title.

  4. Lovely Kent. I’m so glad you’re recording more these days. x
